Process & methodology - New Tourism strategy

 
 

In 2019, Future Fridays were asked by Visit Glada Hudik to develop and lead the process of developing content together with actors interested in tourism and the creative industry in Hudiksvall municipality's geographical area. The layout of the process was developed by Future Fridays.

More than 70 stakeholders  (entrepreneurs, politicians, associations, academia, etc.) worked together through  4 modules of 3 hours to create the new strategy for tourism and the creative industry. . Vision, strategic priorities, goals, and action plans were produced together create consensus and participation. This way, ownership of the result and new strategic networks were also created.

With the above methodology and process structure, Future Fridays were invited as an exhibitor and innovative example of SKR's conference "Visiting industry on the agenda" in December 2019.
