Strategic planning and process

Through the program - Strategy Workshop - Future Fridays has been highlighted as a leading example by the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth and the Swedish Visitor Industry. Among other things, they have carried out a Strategy Workshop in Hudiksvall and Östersund. The work has included citizen dialogues and workshops for participants and support in prioritization and strategy structure for clients and steering group. Through flexible arrangements that create consensus and participation from a wide range of actors such as the private, non-profit, public, and academic sectors, Future Fridays Strategy Workshop enables long-term work and results.
